Halfway through our stash

A few weeks - or was it a month ? - ago, hubby and I stocked our freezer full of meat because we wanted to take advantage of some local grocery store coupons that were expiring that week. We had different cuts of chicken, pork and beef.

We listed what we had and posted them on our refrigerator so that we'd know what was inside without having to rummage into the freezer. When we started, our freezer was stocked to the limit, if one item was displaced, you won't be able to close the door. That was how *full* it was.

Today, we officially reached the halfway mark. I could actually see some space on the upper shelf of our freezer. If our freezer could, I bet it would've sighed with relief too.
